1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 2Tons. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and 2Tons Inc. ("2Tons," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas corporation.

By accessing or using the 2Tons platform, website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2Tons is a comprehensive business management and operations platform designed to help organizations centralize, organize, and manage their business operations. The Service includes:

• Business dashboard and analytics
• Document management and storage
• Financial data organization and reporting
• Integration with third-party services (QuickBooks, Google Drive, etc.)
• Team collaboration and task management tools

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable

6. Payment Terms

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 2TONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
